017: Let's Run with Chris Gonzalez
This week, we talk with Chris Gonzalez and take you on a 3 year journey that all began in 2017 after spectating at the Chevron Houston Marathon that year. Soon after that race, he set a goal to run a sub-3hr marathon and through ups and downs and several failed attempts, his self-motivation and dedication drove his commitment to see this goal through. Along the way, he's made friendships other runners along the way and now trains with the speedy Houston Harriers. He embodies the affirmations he speaks and his whole mindset and mental and physical strength is stronger as a result of his journey.
